“You are a wonder. Think flowers, think the rainstorm that destroys them. You are a balance of soft and terrifying and the best part is -- you know it.”
Here lives the heart of a little girl who cried when she read the story of Helen Keller and wrote anonymous notes to her 5th grade teacher. This blog is a tribute to myself, the girl that is a little too emotional, a little too sensitive, a little too loud, a little too much. Here’s to wearing your heart on your sleeve. Here’s to being too much.
I’ve always loved writing, but never explored the urge to express myself beyond tumblr retweets and unpublished drafts. Perhaps this blog is a remnant of my adolescent 2013-self and an extension of my tumblr persona. Character development!
I hope this blog becomes a space for me to document my personal development, share my life from a multitude of facets, and make you fall in love with me (just kidding). I hope this becomes a space where I can grow and become more me; I hope I can look back and think, “This is who I was. This is how I felt.”
